Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how DMC & Co. Media, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit https://dmcandcomedia.com/ (the "Site"), book a call with us, respond to our advertising, or otherwise interact with us.

It also explains how we use information for advertising, including showing ads to people who have visited our Site, started or booked a call, or submitted a form on a third-party platform such as LinkedIn.

If you have questions, contact us at danielle@dmcandcomedia.com or 111 Monument Circle, Suite 900, Indianapolis, IN 46204

2. Information We Collect

Information you give us directly. When you fill out a form, email us, or subscribe to updates, we collect what you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, company, job title, and the content of your message.

Call scheduling information. We use Calendly to schedule calls. When you book, we collect your name, email, chosen time, time zone, and any answers you give to booking questions. If you start the booking process but do not finish, we may record that you visited or began the scheduling flow, along with the device and browsing information described below. We do not use partially typed information from an unfinished booking unless you submit it.

Lead forms on advertising platforms. If you submit a lead form on a platform such as LinkedIn (Lead Gen Forms) or Google (lead form assets), that platform shares the information you submitted with us. This typically includes your name, email, company, job title, and any other fields shown on the form. The platform's own privacy policy also applies to your use of that platform.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our partners automatically collect information through cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies. This includes:

  • IP address and approximate location (city/region)

  • Browser type, device type, and operating system

  • Pages viewed, links clicked, time on page, and referring URL

  • Ad click identifiers (such as Google's gclid or LinkedIn's li_fat_id) that tell us which ad brought you to the Site

  • Events such as starting, completing, or abandoning a call booking or form

Information from other sources. We may receive information from advertising partners, analytics providers, and business tools we use, as described in Section 5.

3. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

  • Schedule, prepare for, and hold calls you book with us

  • Respond to inquiries and follow up on leads, including by email or phone

  • Send marketing communications you have agreed to receive (you can unsubscribe at any time)

  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Site

  • Measure how our advertising performs, including which ads lead to visits, bookings, and inquiries

  • Build advertising audiences to show you relevant ads on other websites and platforms (see Section 4)

  • Organize, summarize, and analyze our business information using AI-assisted tools (see Section 5)

  • Detect and prevent fraud, spam, and abuse

  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

We do not use your information to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you based solely on automated processing.

4. Cookies, Tracking, and Advertising

We use Google Tag Manager to manage the tags and pixels on our Site. Through it, we and our advertising partners place cookies and similar technologies on your device. These fall into three groups:

  • Essential: needed for the Site to work, such as security and remembering your cookie choices.

  • Analytics: help us understand how visitors use the Site (for example, Google Analytics).

  • Advertising: let us measure ad performance and show you ads elsewhere (for example, the Google Ads tag and LinkedIn Insight Tag).

Retargeting based on Site activity. Advertising tags let Google and LinkedIn recognize that your browser or account visited our Site, viewed certain pages, or started, completed, or abandoned a call booking. We use this to build audiences and show ads to those groups, for example people who began scheduling a call but did not finish.

Customer list audiences. We may upload contact details (such as email addresses or phone numbers) of people who booked a call, submitted a form on our Site, or submitted a lead form on an advertising platform to Google (Customer Match) and LinkedIn (Matched Audiences). These platforms hash the data and match it to their users so we can show those people ads, exclude them from ads, or find similar audiences. The platforms do not let us see which users matched.

Enhanced conversions. We may send hashed contact details collected on our Site to Google and LinkedIn to measure conversions more accurately.

Your choices. Where required by law, we ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies, and you can change your choice at any time via [cookie settings link]. You can also:

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as an opt-out of targeted advertising where required by law.
